The Interior Design Show (IDS) is committed to excellence in serving all customers including persons with disabilities. We are also committed to giving people with disabilities the same opportunity to access our goods and services and allowing them to benefit from the same services, in the same place, and in a similar way as other participants.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are allowed into all areas of our event that are open to the public.
SUPPORT PERSON
Complimentary Admission: IDS will offer a complimentary admission pass for the support person of a person with a disability. Persons with disabilities should pre-purchase their own ticket on the IDS website and then upon arrival at the convention centre should visit the onsite box office outside of Hall B to receive the complimentary support person’s pass.
COMMUNICATION
IDS staff will do their best to communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disabilities.

VENUE ACCESSIBILITY
The Vancouver Convention Centre is designed to provide an environment free of barriers, with accessible doorways, open spaces, low grade ramps and passenger elevators throughout to create easy access for guests using wheelchairs, other mobility devices and strollers. The facility complies with federal, provincial, and local regulations and laws governing accessibility and the rights of persons with disabilities.
FEEDBACK PROCESS
The ultimate goal of IDS is to meet and surpass expectations while serving customers with disabilities. Comments on our products, goods and services regarding how well those expectations are being met are welcome and appreciated.
