Are service animals permitted inside the show?
Service animals are allowed into all areas of our event that are open to the public. Other animals are not permitted.
Can I borrow a wheelchair?
The Vancouver Convention Centre has a limited number available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit their Ambassador desk located inside the lobby of the Burrard entrance.
Is there coat check service?
Coat check is not available; please plan accordingly.
Are gender neutral washrooms available?
The Vancouver Convention Centre offers some private “Universal Washrooms” conveniently located throughout their east and west buildings. Guests are welcome to self-select the washroom facility that corresponds to their gender identity or to use any of the Universal Washrooms.
Can admission be purchased at the door?
We strongly encourage everyone to purchase their admission in advance online. Admission can be purchased onsite; however, payment must be made with either credit or debit (no cash accepted).
Will food concessions be available?
Yes, there will be food and drink areas inside the exhibit hall. Note, all payment must be made with either credit or debit (no cash accepted).
Where can I find baby change or nursing facilities?
The Vancouver Convention Centre offers some private “Universal Washrooms” with infant changing stations conveniently located throughout their east and west buildings. There is also a private room available on a first come, first served basis for nursing individuals, please visit their Ambassador desk located inside the lobby of the Burrard entrance to inquire about availability. Please note that nursing is welcome anywhere within the venue and exhibit hall though for those that prefer a private space one is available.
Is a prayer room available?
