Addapt

Homes shouldn’t be one and done. Inspired by a Japanese ‘Bento’ lunchbox within which individual compartments are contained, Addapt dwellings can be added and/or reconfigured as housing needs change. Addapt consists of three possible interior configurations within one standardized 2400 square foot structure - each 800 square foot ‘module’ is ground-oriented and can be combined into a single family home or configured as individual dwellings. Modules are designed to be easily reconfigured as needs change.

Modern in its systemized design and architectural in its form, Addapt feels like a custom architectural home but without the cost and time challenges of custom design and construction. By leveraging a highly repeatable off-site manufacturing process with flat-pack shipping to site, Addapt is attainable and assembled within 6 months.
