New to IDS Vancouver this Year?
Step inside the world of the Modern Prefab.
The Modern Prefab feature at IDS Vancouver 2023 will highlight elevated design in a small footprint. We have invited the top players in the prefab and tiny home industry in The Pacific Northwest to showcase their work. This new feature installation at IDS Vancouver will be a key space at this year’s event and will offer the IDS audience an experiential feature to visit. Three homes will move into the Vancouver Convention Centre during IDS to give attendees the chance to tour the spaces and experience these spaces firsthand.

Our smaller footprint homes are modular, high-end and maximize necessary space. We use clean construction methods and build with renewable materials from local and sustainably managed forests. All our homes are prefabricated in Chilliwack.
