Craig founded the studio in 2010 and is responsible for maintaining its creative integrity, detail, and nuance. He has since expanded the studio's reach to Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Mexico.

Named one of Vancouver Magazine’s ‘Power 50,’ Craig has elevated Vancouver’s design vocabulary and transformed Ste Marie into a studio recognized internationally for hospitality, mixed-use, and retail design. He is responsible for shaping Vancouver’s dining scene through clients of Ste Marie and restaurants he co-founded such as Osteria Savio Volpe, Pepino’s, and Caffé La Tana.

Craig approaches design as a multi-sensory experience with a cinematic style. His business acumen and experience owning restaurants enable him to create the ideal conditions for his clients’ success.
