Neon Garden.

A F&B space on the show floor for you to connect, collaborate, reflect, and refresh.

Neon Garden.

NEON GARDEN is a food and drink lounge space that unveils Coolab Principal Clayton Budd’s first collaboration with Rollout, a Toronto-based custom wallpaper company doing innovative work around the globe.

Clayton is the founder and principal of Toronto-based branding studio, Coolab. He is an award-winning multidisciplinary designer that was a natural fit for Rollout as they both believe ideas are best brought to life through teamwork and collaboration. The main feature wallpaper is Black + Blooms. The pattern is from a distinctive collection of unique designs where organic beauty fuses with techno-glitch.

When asked about this specific design, Clayton explains:

“I’ve always loved the look of Rococo, with its dramatic flair and theatrical ornament. At the same time, I’m inspired by the boldness of explosive florals – their rich textures and compelling details. I wanted to capture and combine these elements into a kaleidoscopic unity, creating a darkly immersive expanse that meshes Classical finery with the moody ‘enhance’ of Bladerunner.

About Coolab.

Coolab’s mission is to harness the power of great design to inspire, communicate & create memorable experiences. From permanent spaces to temporary experiential activations, from identities to wide-ranging communication touchpoints, Coolab values a collaborative approach, engaging clients through a process that is open, thoughtful and meaningful.

Coolab’s Founder and Principal Clayton Budd is an award-winning and multifaceted designer with over 20 years of experience. A passionate and creative thinker, Clayton loves helping brands effectively communicate with their audiences regardless of medium. Whether it’s in the development of an identity, the launch of a new product, or the opening of a national retail roll-out, he works hard to create and execute experiences that connect.

Clayton has worked with some of the biggest brands like The Hudson’s Bay Company, Kraft Heinz, Canadian Tire, Cadillac Fairview, Cineplex, and IKEA, as well as small and local businesses seeking agency results.

About Rollout.

Jonathan Nodrick is the Founder, CEO & Creative Director of Rollout, an internationally-acclaimed custom wallpaper company.

Over ten years ago, he had a vision to start a design studio where creativity could strive. A place where integrity and art could coexist with great design to make a viable commercial enterprise that would have the power to invigorate, inspire, and shake up established notions of wallpaper design in the commercial design industry. Rollout would reinvent wallpaper.

The Rollout studio is continually reinterpreting large-scale artistic expressions on wallpaper, drawing inspiration from many forms of visual art – from experimental street art and photographic imagery to abstract painting and surface explorations – all of which raise digitally printed wallpaper beyond the functional and into the spotlight of interior design.

Celebrating 23 years strong.

The Interior Design Show is Canada’s premier showcase of new products and furniture, superstar designers and avant-garde concepts from North America and beyond.
