In his role, Kevin delivers workplace and design strategies to help his clients adapt to disruption and the changing nature of work.

For more than 20 years, Kevin has worked with innovative companies to help create and implement high-performance, people-focused spaces that capitalize on new technologies and cater to the shifting needs of employees. With a professional background that combines architecture, communications, user research, and business strategy, Kevin also leverages the insights gleaned from the Gensler Research Institute. Since 2023, Kevin has been for the DEI leader for Gensler Toronto.
