Sony is a Principal and Architecture Lead at SvN with 20 years of experience in academic, multi-residential and commercial design. Sony leads SvN’s affordable housing work and understands the unique requirements and opportunities for developing these projects into communities. His body of work includes numerous multi-residential housing projects throughout the GTA, where his expertise has helped property owners unlock the development potential and land value of underutilized sites.
Sony’s current projects include a new 247 Unit, Passive House affordable rental building for York Region and a 378 Unit, Net Zero affordable rental building for Waterloo Region.
