Each exhibitor will have a Staff Badge & Guest E-Ticket Portal assigned to them.
Use this portal to:
1. Register your exhibitor badges for staff working in your booth during show days
2. Send out guest e-tickets to clients, prospects, friends or family
This combined portal will launch at the end of November and exhibitors will receive an email with their login details.
1) Exhibitor Staff Badges
Exhibitor staff badges are exclusively for staff working in your booth during show days and are not to be used as admission tickets for guests. Staff badges must be worn at all times and be clearly visible to security personnel who will scan your badge each time you enter the exhibit hall.
Each exhibitor has been allotted complimentary badges depending on booth size. Each badge must have a staff name listed on it and is not transferable. Additional or replacement badges are $50.00/ea + HST. Proof of affiliation with the exhibiting company may be required for all NEW badges printed on-site.
Staff badges will be issued on-site during move-in at the registration counters located in the lobby outside the exhibit hall. Please have your business card or proof of affiliation with the exhibiting company on hand when picking up your badges.
If you have any staff helping you during move-in and/or move-out who will NOT work in the booth during show days, they don't need to be registered here. They will be issued temporary badges onsite during move-in/move-out.
A maximum number of complimentary badges per booth will be allocated based on booth square footage:

2) EXHIBITOR GUEST E-TICKETS
Each exhibitor will receive complimentary admission e-tickets that can be distributed from their personal e-ticket portal to clients, prospects, friends or family attending the show - not working an exhibit. Guest tickets permit access to the show floor during show hours only. New this year: additional tickets can be purchased right from within the ticket portal.
IMPORTANT NOTE: tickets MUST be distributed electronically to guests and cannot be held for pick up onsite at the Show. Exhibitor staff working in the booth during the party can use their exhibitor staff badge to access the exhibit hall and reserve the party tickets for clients, friends, etc.
Below are the three different types of tickets exhibitors will receive and the allotments based on booth square footage:
OPENING NIGHT PARTY TICKETS
Our Opening Night Party will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 7:00pm – 11:00pm on the show floor at the convention centre. Exhibitors are expected to staff their booths as normal during the party. Exhibitor staff working in the booth during the party can use their exhibitor staff badge to access the show floor and reserve these party tickets for clients, friends, etc.

WEEKEND TICKETS
IDS is open to the public on both Saturday, September 25 and Sunday, September 26, 2025. Each Weekend Public Day ticket admits one individual and is valid for either Saturday or Sunday (the ticket is not valid on Trade Days).

TRADE DAY REGISTRATION
The Professional Trade Days will take place from 9:00am – 4:00pm on Thursday, January 23 and from 9:00am – 6:00pm on Friday, January 24, 2025, and is reserved for professional members of the design industry.
