Profile
Janet Langdon is a textile designer and maker based on Fogo Island, Newfoundland. Langdon studied furniture upholstery, textile design, and art history at Langara College and started her career in costume design for CBC. Moving on to entrepreneurship, she founded furniture, textile, and accessory businesses and formed the art collective PLACE (Pashak Langdon Affirmative Common Experience) with her partner and artist, Bruce Pashak.
