Jean-Jacques L'Hénaff is the Leader of LIXIL Global Design, Americas. Over the past 25 years, L'Hénaff has built international design teams in the US and Asia for companies such as Terk Technologies, Kohler and LIXIL. He has spent his career refining a user-centric design process acquired early in his career during his tenure at Henry Dreyfuss Associates in New York.

His work spans consumer electronics, private yacht and aircraft interiors, bath and kitchen fixtures and fittings, medical devices, brand identity systems, branded retail environments, packaging and subway train interiors.
L'Hénaff joined LIXIL in 2013. During his tenure, he's built an award-winning team responsible for designing all American Standard and DXV products, branded environments (corporate headquarter, showroom, trades show exhibit), and, more recently, the new American Standard brand identity.
In association with his teams, L'Hénaff’s work has received many design awards and patents in Europe, Asia and the US. In addition, he's an active figure in the design community as a lecturer, panelist, and jury of the prestigious IDEA award.
