Rachel is the founder of Lio Projects, a boutique art advisory based in Toronto. She holds a BA in Art History and Criticism from Western University. She moved to NYC in 2015 to complete her Masters in Visual Art Administration and gained experience working for a variety of creative companies during that time, including: Gagosian Gallery, Surface Magazine and the Richard Avedon Foundation.

She was the in-house art advisor for the gallery, Uprise Art, in New York City from 2017-2021 and worked with artists, trade clients and companies to help build art collections across the US. She moved back to Toronto in 2021 to start her own independent firm and continues to work with interior designers and clients throughout Canada and internationally.
