Russell is an entrepreneur and independent business consultant. He is active in the design and construction sector as a speaker, advisor, and volunteer. He founded Framework Leadership to support business achieve and manage growth with respect to workplace culture, leadership, and inclusion. He also founded Pride Talks to support Queer inclusion and representation at the industry, organizational and interpersonal levels. Russell is a Past-President of the Society of Marketing Professional Services Ontario. Russell has a bachelor’s in interdisciplinary leadership, a Master of Business Administration, and certificates in leadership and inclusion.
