Each exhibitor will have a Staff Badge & Guest E-Ticket Portal assigned to them.

Use this Portal to:

1. Register your exhibitor badges for staff working in your booth during Show days
2. Send out your allotment of guest e-tickets to clients, friends and family

Watch for an email from mer@microspec.com with your Portal login password. If you can’t locate the email, please visit https://www.microspec.com/exreg/login/IDSV24 select your company name from the drop-down menu and then click “Forgot / Change my password” to have the email sent to you.

All exhibitors and their staff are required to wear a badge during the show while on the exhibit floor. These badges will allow free access to the exhibit hall during set-up, show hours and move-out. To avoid the registration lines onsite, exhibitors are advised to register their badges online in advance.

Reminder: staff or contractors working only during move-in and move-out do not need a badge and will be checked in at the door upon arrival. You do not need to register their names in advance.

Exhibitor badges will be available for pick up starting Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at the exhibitor registration desk outside exhibit Hall C. Please have your business card or proof of affiliation with the exhibiting company on hand when picking up your badge.

Additional badges or replacement badges are $40 plus 5% GST. Badges are non-transferable and not to be used as admission tickets for those not working at your booth.

A maximum number of complimentary badges per booth will be allocated based on booth square footage:

Each exhibitor will receive complimentary e-tickets to be distributed from their personal e-ticket portal to clients, prospects, friends and family attending the show - not working an exhibit. Guest tickets permit access to the show floor during show hours only.

IMPORTANT NOTE: tickets MUST be distributed electronically to guests and cannot be held for pick up onsite at the Show. Exhibitor staff working in the booth during the party can use their exhibitor staff badge to access the exhibit hall and reserve the guest e-tickets for clients, friends, etc.

OPENING NIGHT PARTY TICKETS

Our Opening Night Party will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024, on the show floor at the Vancouver Convention Centre West. Exhibitor staff working in the booth during the party can use their exhibitor staff badge to access the show floor and reserve these party tickets for clients, friends, etc.

WEEKEND TICKETS

IDS is open to the public on both Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29, 2024. Each Weekend Public Day ticket admits one individual.

• Ticket is valid for either Saturday, September 28 or Sunday, September 29, 2024 (the ticket is not valid on Trade Days).
• No Re-Entry allowed.

TRADE DAY REGISTRATION

The Professional Trade Day will take place on Friday, September 27, 2024, and is reserved for professional members of the design industry. This day is designed to inspire, educate and expose professionals to products, designers, and ideas from both international and national perspectives.
