To maximize the benefits of participating at IDS Vancouver 2022, we suggest you become familiar with all of the information relating to the show. Here is a checklist which highlights key items to consider when finalizing your plans
☑ Review the contents of the Exhibitor Kit.
☑ Return your signed Exhibitor Contract.
☑ Submit the Exhibitor Health & Safety Declaration by September 7, 2022 [MANDATORY].
☑ Submit your booth rendering to Christine.Heyman@informa.com. [MANDATORY].
☑ Order lighting, electricity, suspended structures services, etc. (if required) from Vancouver Convention Centre.
☑ Place order with LEVY Show Service for carpet, material handling, storage, etc if necessary.
☑ Review the Colour-Coded Move-in Floor Plan to determine your assigned move-in day and time and book your Voyage Control pass (coming soon).
☑ Order additional tickets for the Opening Preview Reception or weekend if required. Learn more about complimentary tickets HERE.
☑ Have promotional materials ready for distribution at your booth. Consider using QR codes for a more sustainable approach to on-site marketing!
☑ Review and comply with the Booth Display Regulations.
☑ Hire the exclusive suppliers and official suppliers of IDS Vancouver. Be aware that on many occasions our exhibitors are approached by other vendors claiming to be an official IDS partner when in fact they are not!
☑ Register your exhibitor staff badges.
☑ Submit service order forms to appropriate suppliers by their deadlines to take advantage of advance discount pricing.
☑ Review the Exhibitor Fire Safety Regulations for the Vancouver Convention Centre.
☑ Order lead retrieval scanner from Microspec.
☑ Book your accommodations now; hotel rooms book up quickly in Vancouver!
☑ Submit the Notice of Intent to use Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Form by September 7, 2022 if you plan to use an independent contractor to install or dismantle your exhibit.
