IDS is a year-round resource to promote your brand. Our reach is vast, including print advertising, digital newsletters and our social media channels. We use your images and stories to generate compelling content.
For consideration, please send us the following information:

Images must be high-resolution and professionally shot. A variety of lifestyle and product shots are preferred.
Please label individual images “CompanyName_DesignerName_ProductName”.

5) Online Exhibitor Directory
IDS has launched a new and improved Exhibitor Profile Manger.
To obtain your unique login please go to https://connect.informamarkets.com/ and create an account using your primary contact email.
Edit your individual exhibitor listing, including your company's website, contact information, social media handles and photos as early as possible. In the meantime, the directory will only show your company name. Please visit our Exhibitor Listing Instructions page to help guide you through your setup. Our web analytics show that the Exhibitor Listing is the most visited section of our website, so this is a great opportunity for you to showcase your brand in front of thousands of consumers, trade and media.
5) Lead Retrieval – Attendee Scanning
Build your sales prospect list by scanning attendees* (and fellow exhibitors) using the lead retrieval service provided by MicroSpec, the official registration and ticketing provider for IDS Vancouver. Easily capture, qualify and connect with potential buyers at the show and then view, filter and export your leads to Excel from your lead retrieval portal.
* Only attendees on Professional Trade Day (9am-6pm Friday, Sept. 26) wear badges that can be scanned by the Mini Scanner. Attendees at Thursday’s Opening Night Party and on the weekend don’t wear badges and can’t be scanned by the Mini Scanner. Those attendees use tickets that can only be scanned by the Leads123 mobile app installed on your phone or tablet. These two scanning options are outlined in the chart below.
