IMPORTANT! All exhibitors have been assigned a move-in day and time based on their booth location. Please check the Colour-Coded Move-In Floor Plan to determine your scheduled move-in time. The Vancouver Convention Centre uses an online loading dock reservation system called Voyage Control; instructions will be emailed to all exhibitors closer to the show with booking details and the Truck Route Entrance map.

IDS Vancouver 2025 Floor Plan

All exhibitors must use these suppliers for the work listed below. These suppliers are exclusive.

Please note, the Vancouver Convention Centre does not have collective agreements with labour, carpentry or painting unions. This work can be done by any trades person as long as they adhere to all the labour and safety laws contained in the Occupational Health and Safety Act and applicable Regulations of WorkSafe BC. All work must meet the standards of the BC Building Code.

The use of the IDS Vancouver official suppliers, though preferred, is not mandatory (unlike the Exclusive Suppliers listed above which are mandatory to use). The contact information and services provided by all of our official and exclusive suppliers can be found HERE.

NOTE: On many occasions our exhibitors are approached by other vendors stating they are IDS Vancouver official partners. To confirm a vendor is an official supplier or partner, please refer to the list of IDS Official Suppliers.

Be aware of unauthorized suppliers claiming to be partnering with IDS who approach exhibitors attempting to sell products or services they may not be able to deliver. Be on the lookout for the following warning signs:

• Contact emails are not personalized and may not refer to the show;
• Contact emails do not have a signature or a phone number to contact;
• Companies will request full payment in advance of providing the service.

If you receive any communications that seem suspicious, are from companies that are not listed below, or are not listed as Authorized or Official Suppliers above, contact IDSOperations@informa.com. We are currently aware of the following companies that attempt to solicit exhibitors. None of these companies is affiliated with the show and do not have authorization to represent the show:
